Hi Jake,
Love the photo! One of the chapters in my parenting book is “I Am Really Mad Right Now!” and it encourages parents to allow their children to express their feelings…it’s unfortunate that we tend to teach children to suppress their emotions…”don’t be sad”, “don’t be silly”, etc. We are all entitled to feel the way we feel…so “Expression” is a beautiful topic for your Sunday Challenge!
